General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Your data is very important to us and we treat it with care. The new General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) has been in force since 25 May 2018. Information on the processing of personal data and consent

Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (hereinafter GDPR), the ANITeL Association, National Association of Teachers and Tutors of e-Learning (hereinafter “ANITeL”, informs you of the following:

PURPOSE AND METHODS OF PROCESSING

The data is processed exclusively for the pursuit of the association's purposes, as provided for in the Statute, and in particular for the maintenance of the members' book, to allow the exercise of the right to vote at the General Assemblies, for the stipulation of any insurance policy, for the organization or attendance of training courses to which you enroll, for the sending of invitations and communications.

LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The Association processes your personal data lawfully, where the processing:

- is necessary for the execution of a contract (such as the association contract);

- is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation of the Association;

- is based on consent expressed (for example sending newsletters).

SCOPE OF KNOWLEDGE, COMMUNICATION, DISSEMINATION and PROFILING OF DATA

Your data may be disclosed to the following, as data controllers or authorised to process it:

- board members, administrators;

- secretarial offices;

- employees and associates;

In the exclusive pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, the data may be disclosed to public bodies such as control offices, the MIUR, banks on the occasion of payments or reimbursements, insurance companies on the occasion of signing a contract.

DATA STORAGE

Your personal data, subject to processing for the purposes indicated above, will be retained for the duration of the membership relationship and, subsequently, for the time in which the Association is subject to retention obligations for tax purposes or for other purposes provided for by law or regulation.

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF A POSSIBLE REFUSAL TO RESPOND

The provision of data is optional, however failure to provide it prevents the completion of the association relationship.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The rights recognized to you by the GDPR include: the right to obtain from the Association, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 and following of the Regulation).

The right to withdraw consent at any time, limited to the cases in which the processing is based on your consent.
